World business is vertiginously changing, becoming even more demanding than in the recent past.
Flexibility, Celerity and Fresh ideas become absolutely indispensable determining today the new concept of Distribution. ARCOPEDICO’s distribution strategy is a revolutionary trading plan aiming for safe, affordable and attractive business. The system has been designed based in our long experience dealing with international retail, namely in Italy, Spain, Holland and more recently Sweden, Denmark and Germany.
Forty years and several million of pairs gave us a firm experience and enormous enthusiasm to tender again and again ARCOPEDICO comfort footwear to the entire world.

What it is?

TAILOR MADE is a full package that empowers each national distributor to do brand oriented sales with low investment and high returns. It will teach you how to present and sale the product, carrying low stock and saving you a lot of money in logistics, providing you simultaneously the necessary tools to promote the brand ARCOPEDICO.

How does it work?

ARCOPEDICO will send each season samples of all new styles to be sold for delivery as shown in scheduled timetable.
After the Presenting and Selling Period, the distributor shall gather all orders and submit them to ROPAR, S.A. where every order will be packed according with its contents.
Each order will then be marked with the customer code, so when the order arrives the only work required is to re-direct it to the customer.
It’s a system that saves time and money because reduces the logistic procedures to a minimum level.
This system also takes the stock burden away from the distributors shoulders, enabling to purchase mainly what is already previously sold, placing re-orders during the re-ordering period. During this period ROPAR, S.A. will assure you one week deliveries of all styles / colours stated in the Express Order Form.
We are turning available two kind delivery services (scheduled and express) that in order to succeed will be followed by promotion actions.
The main tool will definitely be the Virtual Shop Magazine, which as the name indicates is a magazine where ARCOPEDICO’s season collection is shown. This magazine must be sent to be distributed in every selling point at the beginning of the season.
Together with it we’ll turn available window posters and other promotional material, such as paper bags, carton and metallic displays. It is of great importance that these procedures are explained to the shop owners in order to establish their confidence and will to make available window space, preferably free of charge.
