Shipping

How much does it cost to ship a package?

Shipping costs for an order vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected. You can find shipping costs in our Terms and Conditions.

What is the delivery time for an order?

The delivery time for an order depends on the destination and the shipping method. For Portugal, the maximum delivery time is up to 5 days, and for Spain, it is up to 7 days. During sales, promotions, or holiday seasons such as Christmas, there may be some delays in shipping due to increased sales and shipping volumes.

Can I ship to a country other than the country of purchase?

We ship to Portugal (mainland and islands), Spain (mainland and islands), as well as Ceuta and Melilla. We do not ship to other destinations.

Can I choose the day and/or time of delivery?

You cannot book a delivery time or arrange an appointment with the courier. Make sure you have someone at home.
You can also select pickup, enjoying the flexibility of being able to pick up your order at a time that works best for you.

How do I place an order online?

  • Proceed to payment and confirm your order;
  • You will receive an order confirmation via email.

Before submitting your order, please review it carefully, as A'RCOPEDICO may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once the order has been accepted.

Can I modify an order?

All orders placed cannot be modified. If you need to change any details of your order, please contact our Customer Support team. Changes will only be accepted if the order has not yet been shipped. See all terms and conditions here.

Can I cancel an order?

You will not be able to cancel an order once it has been made. Please contact our Customer Support team.

Payments

What payment methods are available?

We accept the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and Maestro), PayPal, ATM reference (Portugal only), and MbWay (Portugal only). Orders are processed only after payment is confirmed; therefore, orders paid via ATM reference are not automatically confirmed.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

This is not a valid payment method.

Can I pay when I receive the order?

This is not possible. Orders are only processed after payment.

Exchanges and Returns

How do I return an online order?

You may return one or more items within 30 days for Club A’ members and within 14 days for non-registered customers, starting from the date you received your order. Items must be in perfect condition, with no wear or signs of use, and must include all tags and be in their original
box.

Follow the instructions in the letter you received with your order. For home pickup requests, please contact us at apoiocliente@arcopedico.com (only valid for Portugal).

How can I exchange an online order?

You may exchange an item up to 30 days after receiving your order. To exchange an item, follow the instructions in the letter you received with your order. Items must be in perfect condition, with no wear or signs of use, and must include all tags and be in their original box.

It is possible to exchange products at our official store. You will need to show the order receipt. At our official store we only accept exchanges for size or color (within the same range).

How long does a refund for a returned item take?

Refunds will only be issued after we have received the product and verified its condition. This process may take up to 14 days after we receive the product.

How is a refund processed for an order?

The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase. If you paid via ATM reference, you will need to provide your IBAN so we can process the refund. The refund will only be issued after we receive the product and verify its condition.

Can I exchange or return A'RCOPEDICO products purchased from another online store?

No, it's not possible.

How do I choose the right size?

To ensure you order the correct size, please measure your feet and then compare the results with the size chart. To measure, you’ll need a sheet of paper, a pencil, and a ruler. Place the paper on the floor, stand on it, and mark where your heel and big toe end. Do this for both feet. Next, measure the length from each mark for each foot. Compare the measurement you found with the size chart. If your two feet are not the same length, choose the size based on the larger foot.

If your foot length falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.

How do I clean my A’RCOPEDICO shoes?

Our shoes are designed for everyday use. Store your shoes in a dry place to keep them in good condition. You can find cleaning recommendations on each product page.
