Return and Refund Policy


Would you like to return your item?

You may return one or more items within 30 days for Club A’ members and within 14 days for non-registered customers, starting from the date you received your order. Items must be in perfect condition, with no wear or signs of use, and must include all tags and be in their original box. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Returns for orders placed at the official A’RCOPEDICO store (Mira Maia Shopping) are free of charge. For other return methods, see the information below.

  • Returns by mail - Cost to be determined by CTT;
  • Home pickup - Cost to be determined upon request by CTT.

To initiate a return, follow the instructions in the letter you received with your order. For home pickup requests, please contact us.

Once we receive the shoes, and if your return is accepted, we will refund the cost of the shoes to the same payment method. We do not refund the shipping costs paid at the time of the order.

Damage and Issues

Upon receipt, please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can assess the situation. If you do not report this at the time of delivery and later wish to return the item, we may not accept the return.

Exceptions/Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns of insoles or shoe cleaning and care products.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the shoes, we will inform you whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days. The amount may only become available some time after this period due to issues with your bank and/or credit card, situations over which A’RCOPEDICO has no control.

However, if more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us.
