Shipping policy

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the Products, but are displayed and calculated at checkout before payment is processed.

Shipping costs are 3.99 EUR for mainland Portugal and 4.99 EUR for mainland Spain. Shipping to the islands (Azores, Madeira, Balearic Islands, and Canary Islands) costs 10 EUR. For Ceuta and Melilla, shipping costs 20 EUR.

Shipping to a pickup point has a different cost, indicated at checkout and depending on the selection made (only for Portugal). You may select the brand’s official store as a pickup point. Cash-on delivery shipments are not available.

The amount may not appear at checkout if no shipping fees are being charged; in that case, the amount shown will be 0 EUR.

We are only responsible for instore deliveries that are requested directly on the website using the respective shipping method. We do not recommend rescheduling deliveries through the carrier.

Deliveries

Orders placed on the A’RCOPEDICO online store are shipped Monday through Friday. We do not ship on certain holidays, regardless of the day of the week. We can only fulfill an order if the delivery address is a home or office located in Portugal and/or Spain. We do not deliver outside these territories.
